  • list your details with the health funds;
  • provide information to the health funds when undergoing audits
  • so that we can communicate with you either individually or as part of our overall organisational communications.

  • processing and delivery of your orders;
  • generating invoices and receipts;
  • supplying and issuing password and log-in information;
  • dealing with your enquiries and customer service purposes;

  • for any other reasonably expected purpose.

For all other uses or disclosure, we will obtain your consent.
